  I don't understand why everyone is so negative with this establishment. I ordered two pizza one cut square and the other cut normal and they were cut perfectly. The pizza was hot, tasty and the entire staff was nice. This place is a GREAT place to get Papa John's pizza!
  
  The pizzas were made nicely, well baked like asked, and even had unique sauces meaning the ranch and buffalo. Everything we asked for was done. The guy who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming.

  This is the worst store ever. I ordered a pizza online and picked it up in the store. The pizza should have been $8.99, but the guy in the store charged me $15. I was so confused about the price I was happy with a discount that got the pizza to $12. But within minutes, I realized it should have been $8.99. I called the store and the employee was not only rude about it, he seemed happy that he overcharged me. He said yes, the pizza is $8.99, but you said you wanted $12, so I let you pay$12. I said I only wanted to pay $12 because you were charging me $15. I asked the guy, so you know the pizza is $8.99 and you are 100% ok with willingly charging me $12? And he said "Yes..maam" and offered no apology or refund. Worst customer Service ever.
  
  On the inside of their door there is a sign that is all about good customer experience, it even says in writing "put yourself in the customer's shoes". I Just want the manager of this store to ask, was this really putting himself in the customer's shoes? I think you need a bigger sign or maybe just learn how to read it.
  
  I will never go back to that store or reccommed it to anyone.

  I order from here at least once every 2 weeks because it's by far the closest location to my place. The pizza is good, and my issues are minor, but it's the same issue 20 plus times now so that's the reason for the review. Why ask how I want my pizza cut if NOT ONE SINGLE time has it been delivered with what I've selected. I ask for it to be cut square every time, including today and it came in super thin regular sized pieces. Also, why am paying for 3 extra sauces if you're just going to not give me the marinara sauce that comes with the cheese bread? I selected the option where you buy 3 additional sauces and chose 2 marinara and 1 garlic. It was delivered with 2 garlic sauces (one comes with the pizza) and 2 marinaras. Where is the sauce that comes with my cheese sticks? I've chosen to pay extra and instead get one less? Just saying a little effort to detail would be much appreciated, just once!

  So our ordering experience has always been good. We've done both carry out and deliver and never had a reason to be upset. Until today. When ordering online there was an option to provide additional instructions for the delivery and so since pizza spots no longer send crushed peppers and cheese With their deliver guys, I asked that they send some with the order. And of course none came with the pizza. So why have this option when checking out? Just delete the damn thing.
  
  The other thing is that I ordered a side of ranch and the damn thing came opened. It was so weird. Someone had to put it in the pizza box and they didn't notice??  So Yeah. Papa johns owes us a 75¢ ranch!!

  Ordered for carry out. Picked up my pizza and headed home. I don't live in the area. Was in a hurry to get home because I wasn't feeling well. Got home and I had received the wrong pizza. Called the store and the employee asked me to come back. I told him just to give me a refund. He acted like I was inconveniencing him. Hopefully I get a refund. I should have read all the bad reviews before ordering from this papa johns. I just happened to be in the area for a doctors appointment.
